Donation Refund Policy

Wakankar Bharati Sanskruti Anveshan Nyas

Wakankar Bharati Sanskruti Anveshan Nyas follows transparent procedure in refunding amount to donor’s account. We expects from donor that they follow due care while donating us using digital platform. We recognize that donor may be made erroneously donation or donors may change their mind after making the donation.

We will check each request of refund, raised to us and in this regards we may needs some document or information to identify that raised request is made by genuine candidate and expects donor’s co- operation in this.

Donor must understand that we can refund the amount until the tax exemption certificate has been issued against to that particular donation. Kindly remember that any charges, taken by bank/ aggregator in advance while making donation to us, are not subjected to refund in any circumstances.

Procedure-

Raise refund request, by writing to us at info@wakankar.org with all the details related to that transaction within the 24 hours from the date and time of donation.
We will examine the request and may seek some identification document for refunding purpose and if found genuine, will refund amount to the same account, from which donation has been made.
The verifying process will be completed within 07 days from the date of refund request raised.

Wakankar Bharati Sanskruti Anveshan Nyas’s decision will be the final in this regards.
